If you're having issues with your CycloneVac, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- If the unit is no longer picking up dust and dirt, remove the dust bin and ensure it is empty. To remove the dust bin, twist the bin anticlockwise to detach it from the vacuum. Remove the filter screen from the dust bin and dispose of the dust and dirt. Wipe the dust bin with a damp cloth and wash the filter screen with water. Ensure all parts are fully dry before using.
- Avoid covering the air inlet and outlet while in operation as this can lead the vacuum to overheat and could cause deformation of the parts.
- Avoid using corrosive cleaning products on the vacuum as this can damage the unit.
