- Make sure the appliance is switched off with the side switch and then plug it into a correctly functioning 110-125V (US) and 220-240V (UK) socket.
- Do not touch with wet or damp hands and choose a suitable location with at least 50cm free space around it, not in a wet or damp area and out of children or pets reach.
- Now turn the main switch on; the heater is now on standby and the operating panel will show a blue''----''.
- Switch on the heater by pressing the ON/STANDBY button on the front. The indicator light at the bottom will now turn blue.
- The temperature is automatically set to the maximum temperature of 32 degrees. To decrease the temperature (to a minimum of 15 degrees) use the ''temperature decrease'' button. To increase the temperature simply use the ''Temperature increase'' button. The display will show the current temperature.
- The thermostat will automatically regulate the heat.
- Press Temp+ and Temp- at the same time to speed up the fan or to slow it down. The display will show for a moment either: LL= low speed or HH= high speed.
- Press the timer button to set the timer. The operating display panel will change from showing degrees to showing hours. Hold the button in to increase the hours, up to a maximum of 12.
- To switch the heater off you must first set it to standby by pressing the On/ Standby button., The heater will stop heating, and the fan will cool for 60 seconds (see display) before switching off. You can then use the main switch on the side to turn off the heater properly. Never leave the plug in the socket when the appliance is not in use.
