In order to proceed with your return, please specify whether you require a replacement or a refund.
For a successful return, all items must be in the same condition as when purchased—unaltered, unmodified, with all original packaging intact, and securely packed within an appropriate shipping container. Please note that certain products cannot be returned if their seals have been opened, due to hygiene reasons. The best way is to provide a photo of the defective/damaged item.

Failure to send the return to the correct facility address may result in the rejection of your return request. To facilitate your refund, please share a valid return tracking code with our customer support team. This tracking code should display the accurate return address.
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will conduct an inspection. Subsequently, we will credit your account with the original purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling fee. This credit will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item at the designated returns facility.
Please be advised that you are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping expenses. Regrettably, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item of higher value, we recommend utilizing a traceable shipping service to ensure its safe delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and in the original currency. The duration of the refund processing depends on your card issuer's policies and may take several days. Please note that any discrepancies in the refunded amount may arise due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.
It's important to note that refunds will not be issued for orders where the shipping address provided during the purchase was incomplete or inaccurate. We will offer a refund or resend only if the carrier company classifies the package as undeliverable and the provided address is accurate. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier company, resolve the issue, or file a claim for the missing package.
